Hi, I'm Kenya
Throughout my career, I watched brand, strategy, marketing operations, and change management work like an assembly line instead of one ecosystem. Strategy was handed down, operations scrambled to deliver it, change management arrived as an afterthought, and talented people burned out in between.
I kept asking: What if we designed this differently? What if marketing operations had a seat at the strategy table, not just a task list afterward?
Over 15 years at organizations like Pfizer, LinkedIn, Lenovo, and BMC Software, I saw what’s possible when operations is treated as a strategic partner. Teams move faster, launches stop breaking, and people do their best work without running on empty.
I built Elite Vue to make that the standard, not the exception.
I bring an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, certifications in Prosci change management and project management, and a simple belief I’ve carried through every role:

How We Work
Elite Vue is intentionally a consultant boutique. I take on a limited number of clients each year, typically 8-12 total, because I believe in deep partnership over high volume.
When you work with Elite Vue, I am your strategic lead and primary partner. I design your architecture, facilitate your workshops, lead your transformation, and ensure your team adopts the systems we build. You’re not handed off to junior consultants or left to figure things out alone.
For certain engagements, I may bring in specialized partners to ensure you get best-in-class expertise. For example, if your transformation requires CRM implementation, advanced data analytics, or technical integrations, I’ll collaborate with specialists in those areas. But I remain your strategic partner and accountable point of contact throughout.
This approach allows me to bring you Fortune 500-level expertise while maintaining the personalized attention of a boutique practice. You get the best of both: deep partnership with me and specialized support where you need it most.
